What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
Cloudvine routinely collects the type of data that websites routinely collect to interact with its visitors via online forms and comment forms, as well as via technical processes such as cookies, analytics, and interactions with software provided by third party websites.
However, we also collect client-specific information for site visitors who seek to engage our services.
This information includes, but is not limited to, information such as your name, email address, IP address, physical address, documents you upload or provide through our website, and other information relevant to pursuing your matter.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Our sites use a variety of contact and other forms to allow visitors to interact with our site.
If you provide information to us via our online forms, that information, such as your name, email address, message, and other information you provide via the form, including technical information required to process your interaction, such as your IP address, is collected and retained indefinitely.
To power contact form and email form interactions on our websites, we use the Gravity Forms Plugin and Elementor site builder functionality.
Personal information collected from your form interactions are not shared with Gravity Forms or Elementor.
We may use email addresses collected by any means on our website to send email marketing campaigns via MailChimp.
A more specific description of our use of Mail Chimp is detailed below.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.
